We are a Groundworks contractor carrying out packages of works up to £1million in value for Main Contractors, Architects and Private Clients across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. Our services include site clearance, foundations, concrete ground and upper floors, drainage, attenuation tanks, roads, footpaths, hard landscaping and service installation works. Our workforce are experienced groundworkers with appropriate plant operators certificates and streetworks licences and work to adoptable standards.
Over 30 years experience in the Construction Industry working for I E Watkin & Company Limited, Barnsley College Estates Department, Lemmeleg Building and Contracting and William Anelay Limited prior to setting up Alive Construction in 2016. I have worked in a variety of roles including site management, estimating, quantity surveying and commercial management on project up to £10million in value.
